Level 1), a processor switch occurs.
b. If the message is from the standby unit (Minor
Alarm, Level 0), no processor switch occurs.
Verify cable placement and status of MTU ports on the
Switching System. In addition, refer to the TEC/DSI
PCA Diagnostic Procedure in the Maintenance
Procedures Guide section.
Cause: output on termination due to failure of the format
operation as a result of the DISK FORMAT A (or B)
command.
