maintenance terminal:

The system response is:
BLOCK CHECK START xx END yy HOURS, INTERVAL OF zz MINUTES
where: xx - block check start time (hour of the day)
yy - block check end time (hour of the day)
zz - block check interval (in minutes).
The log message is:
NO BLOCK LAST ii MINUTES
To assign or change hour boundaries, enter the following at the maintenance

where: Start - starting hour (00-23)

The BMC sends a warning signal through a cabled connection to the
Switching System. The Switching System displays the signal either in the
form of an external alarm or other indicator as determined by local practices.
