The system responds with the following message:
COMMAND PRIORITY IS x
PSWD
PSWD is used to examine or assign the ten user passwords. These passwords
control access to the BMC and associated commands. The password has a
priority level that relates to the priority of individual commands. The PSWD
subcommands are listed in the following table:

PSWD subcommands
Subcommand
Description
A paswrd p
Adds a new password to the password table and assigns an access priority to
that password.
nC paswrd p
Changes a currently assigned password or assigns a new priority level to that
password.
nD
Deletes a specific user password and priority level from the password table.
L
Lists the entire password table with the priority level assigned to each.
Examples of command usage
To add a new password to the password table, and assign access priority to
that password, enter the following at the maintenance terminal:
>PSWD A paswrd p (cr)
where:
paswrd- six character, alphanumeric password
p- priority (lowest = 0, highest = 3).

Note 8: Passwords, priorities, and the relation to system security are
discussed in greater detail in the System Administration Guide section.
Note 9: Use the SITDAT WRITE and LINIT commands to save the
changes and update the CP with the new values.
Note 10: The new password is added to the first available empty slot in
the password table.
(default password is USER.1)
