10. REINSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER
(a) Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown in
the illustration.
Seal packing:
Part No. 08826-00080 or equivalent
(b) Install the 2 gaskets to the head cover.
(c) Install the head cover with the 10 seal washers and
bolts. Uniformly tighten the bolts in several passes.
Tourque: 6.0 N-m (61 kgf-cm, 53 in.-lbf)
HINT: Each bolt length is indicated in the illustration.
Bolt length:
A 25 mm (0.98 in.)
B 50 mm (1.97 in.)
(d) Install the 2 bolts holding the No.2 timing belt cover to
the No.4 timing belt cover.
HINT: Use the 25 mm (0.98 in.) long bolt.
(e) Connect the PCV hose to the cylinder head cover.
