(a) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and No.1 exhaust manifold
heat insulator.

Remove the 3 bolts and No.2 exhaust manifold heat
insulator.
ST202:
Remove the 3 bolts, nut and RH exhaust manifold
stay.
SW20:
Remove the 2 bolts, nut and RH exhaust manifold
stay.
Remove the 3 bolts and LH exhaust manifold stay.
