(d) lnstall the oil cooler bracket with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 6.5 N-m (66 kgf-cm. 58 in.-Ibf)
3. INSTALL OIL COOLER
(a) Clean the oil cooler contact surface on the oil cooler
bracket.
(b) lnstall a new O—ring to the oil cooler.
(c) Apply a light coat of engine oil on the threads and
under the head of the relief valve.
(d) lnstall the oil cooler with a new seal washer and the
relief valve.
Torque: 59 N-m (600 kgf-cm, 44 ft-Ibf)
(e) Connect the water bypass hose to the cylinder block.
