9. ST202:
REMOVE IDLER PULLEY BRACKET FOR
ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT
Remove the 2 bolts and idler pulley bracket.
10. REMOVE WATER PUMP AND WATER PUMP
COVER ASSEMBLY
(a) SW20 w/o A/C:
Remove the bolt (A).
(b) Loosen and remove the 3 bolts in the sequence
shown, and remove the water pump and water pump
cover assembly.
(c) Remove the O—ring from the water pump cover.
11. REMOVE OIL COOLER
(a) Disconnect the water bypass hose from the cylinder
block.
(b) Remove the relief valve, seal washer and oil cooler.
(c) Remove the O—ring from the oil cooler.
12. REMOVE OIL COOLER BRACKET
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler bracket.
(b) Remove the 2 O—rings from the oil cooler bracket.
