(d) Apply a light coat of engine oil on the threads of the
relief valve.
(e) lnstall a new seal washer and the relief valve.
Torque: 59 N-m (600 kgf-cm. 44 ft-Ibf)
2. INSTALL NO.3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT
INSULATOR
lnstall the heat insulator with the 3 bolts.
Torque:
12 mm bolt head
$6' 18 N-m (180 kgf-cm, 13 ft-Ibf)

(a) lnstall a new gasket and the exhaust manifold with the
6 nuts. Uniformly tighten the nuts in several passes.
Torque: 50 N-m (510 kgf-cm. 37 ft-Ibf)
lnstall the LH exhaust manifold stay with the 3 bolts.
Alternately tighten the bolts.
Torque: 58 N-m (590 kgf-cm. 43 ft-Ibf)
(c) ST202:
lnstall the RH exhaust manifold stay with the 3 bolts
and nut. Alternately tighten the bolts and nut.
Torque: 58 N-m (590 kgf-cm. 43 ft-Ibf)
