INSTALL OIL PUMP PULLEY
Align the cutouts of the pulley and shaft. and slide on
the pulley.
Using SST, install the pulley nut.
SST 09960-10010 (O9962—O1000, 09963-00500)
Torque: 35 N-m (360 kgf-cm, 26 ft-Ibf)
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT TIMING PULLEY
Align the timing pulley set key with the key groove of
the pulley.
Slide on the timing pulley, facing the flange side
inward.
INSTALL NO.2 IDLER PULLEY
Install the pulley with the bolt.
Torque: 44 N-m (450 kgf-cm, 32 ft-Ibf)
Check that the idler pulley moves smoothly.
INSTALL TIMING BELT

65)
INSTALL OIL DIPSTICK
FILL WITH ENGINE OIL
START ENGINE AND CHECK FOR OIL LEAKS
RECHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL
