(c) Connect the following hoses:
(1) Vacuum hose (from upper port of BVSV) to
throttle body
(2) Water bypass hose (from water bypass pipe) to
throttle body
(3) Water bypass hose (from water outlet) to throttle
body
(4) PCV hose to cylinder head cover
(d) Connect the following connectors:
(1) Throttle position sensor connector
(2) ISC valve connector
36. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD
(a) lnstall a new gasket and the exhaust manifold with the
6 nuts. Uniformly tighten the nuts in several passes.
Torque: 50 N-m (510 kgf-cm. 37 ft-Ibf)
(b) lnstall the LH exhaust manifold stay with the 3 bolts.
Alternately tighten the bolts.
Torque: 58 N-m (590 kgf-cm, 43 ft-Ibf)
