To connect MECHATROLINK devices to MC units, use the connecting cables
(sold separately) in the table below.

The terminating resistance (sold separately) in the table below should be con-
nected to the MECHATROLINK-II termination.

When MECHATROLINK-II devices are connected up to 16 nodes (within
30 m) or 15 nodes (within 50 m), no repeater unit is required. A repeater unit
is required to connect MECHATROLINK-II devices more than the cases
above.
Repeater for MECHATROLINK-II
W-series Servo Driver requires YASKAWA MECHATROLINK-II Interface Unit
model JUSP-NS115.
Each version of the following products can be used. The version name is indi-
cated on the nameplates of each product.
W-series Servo Driver: Ver.39 or later
I/F Unit: VER.***03 or later
Note
Using either a W-series Servo Driver or an I/F Unit of older versions can be
the cause of abnormal operations. Make sure to use the versions mentioned
above.
