Check for an open in the wires

3. Reconnect the PCM connect o r
D (1BP).
4. Turn the ignition switch
ON

individually.

Substitute a known -good PCM
and reeheck. If symptom/indica-
tion goes away. replace the origi-
nal PCM.

Replace the sensor that caused
the light to go Out.

Repair short to body ground
in the wire between the PCM

Repair short to body ground in
the wire between the PCM
(010) and the TP sensor.

Repair open In the wire(s)
between the PCM (A11, A24)
and the PGM· FI main relay.
