TP sensor:
Measure resistance between the
TP sensor 3P connector terminals

fully closed.
Terminal side of male terminals

Replace the throttle body.

Check for an open in the ECMI
ECM/PCM CONNECTOR C 131 P)
PCM ITPS line):
1. Reconnect the TP sensor con-
nector.
