Check the lAC valve function :
Momentarily co nnect PCM co n-
nect ar terminals A12 and A10
with a jumper wire several times.

Does the lAC valve click?

YES
Substitute a known-good PCM
and recheck . tf symptom/Indica-
tion goes away, replace the origi-
na' PCM .
Repair open or short in the wire
between the PCM (A12) and the
lAC valve.
