Check for an open in the wire
(SG2Iine):
Measure voltage between ECMI
PCM connector C (31P) terminals
C18 and C28.

Is there approx. 5 V?

Substitute a known-good ECMI
PCM and recheck.
If
prescribed
voltage is now available, replace
the original ECM/PCM .
