♦ The heated rear window stays switched on at outside temper‐
atures up to 0° C (32° F) until ignition is switched off (heated
rear window can be switched manually at anytime). If temper‐
ature becomes greater than 0° C (32° F) during a driving
period, switch-off of Heated Rear Window occurs after oper‐
ating time stored in the Climatronic Control Module - J255-
front A/C control head has elapsed (approximately 10
minutes).
♦ Once the operated time (approximately 10 minutes) stored in
the Climatronic Control Module - J255- front A/C control head
has elapsed, the heated rear window can be switched off au‐
tomatically by the Climatronic Control Module - J255- front A/
C control head when the exterior temperature is greater than
0º C (activation time depends on the code and the Climatronic
Control Module - J255- front A/C control head version). Use
the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester via the "Guided Fault Finding"
