❑ Not all vehicles have heated seats (optional equipment, seat ventilation is not planned as optional equip‐
ment).
❑ The activation of the seat heater is displayed in measured value block of Rear A/C Display Control Head
- E265- . Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester via the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
❑ For repairing the seat heater, refer to ⇒ Body Interior; Rep. Gr. 74 .
❑ On vehicles with the seat occupied recognition system, rear seat heater may be switched off after ap‐
proximately 10 minutes by the Rear A/C Display Control Head - E265- if recognized that seat is
unoccupied. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester via the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
