– Remove the bolts -A- and -B-.
– Disengage cover -D- from mounts -C- and from wiring harness
secured to upper side.
– Remove the bolt -A-.
– Disengage the cover -B- from mounts -C- and from wiring har‐
ness secured to upper side.
– Pull off the retaining clips -A- from coolant lines -B- and -C-.
– Pull the coolant lines -B- and -C- out of heater core.
– Remove the bolts -D-.
– Turn the retaining pin -A- out of locking mechanism -B-
– Pull the retaining pin -A- out of lower air guide -C- and A/C unit
-arrow-.
– Release the catches -E- of the lower air guide -C-
– Fold the lower air guide -C- in direction of -arrow- -F- and re‐
move lower air guide -C- and heater core.
