Over-Current Stall Prevention during Operation
Settings
 This is a protection for the drive to decrease output frequency automatically when the motor
overloads abruptly during constant motor operation.
 If the output current exceeds the setting value for Pr.06-04 when the drive is operating, the drive
decelerates according to the Pr.06-05 setting to prevent the motor from stalling. The lower limit
for the over-current stall prevention is determined by the maximum value among 0.5 Hz, Pr.01-
07 and Pr.01-11.
 If the output current is lower than the setting value for Pr.06-04, the drive accelerates (according
to Pr.06-05) again to the setting frequency.
Acceleration/Deceleration Time Selection for Stall Prevention at Constant
06-05
Speed
Settings
 Sets the acceleration / deceleration time selection when stall prevention occurs at constant
speed.
Normal load: 0–150%
(100% corresponds to the rated current of the drive)
Heavy load: 0–200%
(100% corresponds to the rated current of the drive)
