When the CANopen master transmits a SDO command, and the slave
response "times-out", CSdn warning occurs.

Increase the synchronous time (Index 1006)
1. Verify the wiring and grounding of the communication circuit. It is
recommended to separate the communication circuit from the main circuit,
or wire in 90 degree for effective anti-interference performance.
2. Make sure the communication circuit is wired in series.
3. Use CANopen cable or add terminating resistance.
Check the status of the cable, or replace the cable.
