When CANopen Heartbeat detects that one of the slaves does not respond, the
ChbE fault occurs.

Increase heartbeat time (Index 100C)
1. Verify the wiring and grounding of the communication circuit. It is
recommended to separate the communication circuit from the main circuit,
or wire in 90 degree for effective anti-interference performance.
2. Make sure the communication circuit is wired in series.
3. Use CANopen cable or add terminating resistance.
Check or replace the communication cable.
