Configuring Manual Exposure Mode

Manual exposure mode allows you to achieve a combined exposure of the camera aperture size and the
shutter speed.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
On your web user interface, go to Setting > Camera > Exposure.
On your VCS:
For MeetingEye 600/MeetingEye 400, go to More > Setting > Basic > Camera > Exposure.
For VC880/VC800/VC500/PVT980/PVT950, go to More > Setting > Camera > Exposure.
For VC200, go to More > Setting > Video & Audio > Exposure.
On your CTP20, tap
2. Select Manual/Manual Exposure from the Exposure mode drop-down menu.
3. Configure and save the following settings:
Description
Off or Specify the WDR.
The value represents the
compression degree of the
dynamic range
Cameras with WDR
technology can work perfectly
both in the bright and the
dark conditions and present
clear images that balances
different lighting, so that you
can identify the details.
Off-do not use WDR.

Note: For MeetingEye 600/
VC880/VC800/VC500/
VC200/PVT980/PVT950,
the default value is 2; for
MeetingEye 400, the default
value is off.
Configure the value of
metering.

Top
Default: Average.
