Symptom
Far site cannot hear your audio
during a call.
You may experience poor voice
quality during a call, such as
intermittent voice, echo or other
noise.
You cannot hear the ring tone
when receiving a call.

Video Issues

Symptom
Picture is blank on the monitor.
The video quality is poor.
Reason
Dust and debris may cause the
audio quality.
No audio input device.
The speaker of the far site is
obscured or damaged.
Your microphone is muted
The volume of the far site is set
to 0.
The users sit too far from or
near to the microphone.
The audio pickup device is
moved frequently.
Network congestion.
Cable gets old.
The volume is set to 0.
Reason
The system is in sleep mode.
The system is powered off.
The HDMI cable is not
connected to the system.
Unsuitable monitor resolution.
The packet is lost.

Solution
Do not use any kind of liquid or
aerosol cleaner on the phone.
A soft, slightly damp cloth
should be sufficient to clean
the top surface of the phone if
necessary.
Audio input device is connected
correctly.
Ensure that speaker is not
obscured or damaged. Do not
stack items on top of the CP960
conference phone.
Unmute the microphone.
Contact the far site to adjust the
volume.
Adjust the distance.
Put the audio pickup device in
the fixed location.
Contact the network
administrator.
Replace the old cables with the
new cables, and then check
whether the new cables provide
better connectivity.
Adjust the volume.
Solution
Press any key on the remote
control to wake the system.
The system is powered on.
Make sure that the monitor is
connected to the system and
powered on.
Adjust the monitor resolution.
View the call statistics to
check whether the packet is
lost and contact the network
administrator.
