The upper/lower output frequency setting is used to limit the actual output frequency. If the
frequency setting is higher than the upper limit (01-10), it will run with the upper limit frequency. If
output frequency lower than output frequency lower limit (01-11) and frequency setting is higher than
min. frequency (01-07), it will run with lower limit frequency. The upper limit frequency should be set
to be higher than the lower limit frequency. Pr.01-10 setting must be
