Active when the feedback signal is abnormal.
Active when the slip error is detected.
Active when the counter reaches Terminal Counter Value
(Pr.02-19). This contact won't active when Pr.02-20>Pr.02-19.

Active when the output of the AC motor drive is shut off during
base block.
