Resetting Method for Forced Stops

This section describes the resetting method to use after stopping operation for an FSTP
(Forced Stop Input) signal.
If the FSTP (Forced Stop Input) signal is OFF and the servo ON command is input from the
SVD, the forced stop state will be maintained even after the FSTP signal is turned ON.
First turn OFF the servo in the SVD to enter base block state (BB), and then turn ON the servo
in the SVD.
