FTP Client

The FTP client is provided so that you can transfer data between the RAM in the CPU or the
USB memory device and a remote device capable of acting as an FTP server.
No special programming is required to get the log data in the application in the device that pro-
vides the FTP server.

1. You can connect to up to 20 servers at the same time.

2. You can transfer up to 8 MB when using the RAM in the CPU.

Procedures to Use the FTP Client
 Setting Procedure for Log Data Transfer
The FTP client settings are set in the SERVOPACK with the MPE720. The data from the files
that are output by the logging function are sent to a server.
Use the following procedure to make the settings.

Connect the SERVOPACK to the PC, and start the MPE720.
Refer to the following section for details.
