Explanation
The network status is displayed.
The current signal quality is displayed.
The provider and network type currently in use are
displayed.
Select the mode for selecting the provider used:
The network is selected by the
Automatic modem itself based on the SIM
card settings.
Automatic – Like "Automatic", but the UMTS
UMTS preferred network is preferred.
Automatic – Like "Automatic", but the GSM
GSM preferred network is preferred.
Automatic – Like "Automatic", but restricted to
UMTS only the UMTS network.*
Automatic – Like "Automatic", but restricted to
GSM only the GSM network.*
Manual network selection from
the Provider selection list;
if you set the "Manual" mode, the

provider list is then refreshed.
This may take some time (see
