Use these data items to specify an axis 1 start data No. for
each axis that has to start simultaneously.

Set "0" to any axis that should not start simultaneously.

Use these data items to specify a start data No. of own axis at
multiple axes simultaneous starting.

Use these data items to specify an axis 2 start data No. for
each axis that has to start simultaneously.

Set "0" to any axis that should not start simultaneously.

Use these data items to specify a start data No.1 for each axis
that has to start simultaneously.

Use these data items to specify an axis 3 start data No. for
each axis that has to start simultaneously.

Set "0" to any axis that should not start simultaneously.

Use these data items to specify a start data No.2 for each axis
that has to start simultaneously.
Note) For 2 axis simultaneous starting, the axis setting is not
required.
