Check that the seal material is not folded
down. The folding allowance shall be 0.7 mm
or less.

Doctor blade

(1) Discharge the developer material.
 P. 4-77 "4.6.3 Developer material"
(2) Remove 2 screws and take off the doctor
blade [1].
4.6.5 Side seal
(1) Remove the doctor blade.
 P. 4-83 "4.6.4 Doctor blade"
(2) Remove the side seal [1].
