3.11 Paper Feeding System

3.11.1
General Descriptions
This chapter explains how the system works to pick up paper from the drawer or bypass tray and
transport it to the 2nd transfer position.
The paper feeding system mainly consists of the feed roller, registration roller, bypass paper sensor
(S16), drawer empty sensor (S5), feed sensor (S20), registration sensor (S19) and drive system for
these components. The paper feeding/developer unit drive motor (M2) drives the above rollers.
