Measures
• Check if there is any paper in the finisher or on the transport
path of the equipment or on the finishing tray. Remove it if there
is
• Is the jam cleared by taking off the staple cartridge from the
finisher and removing the staple sheet slid from the staple
case?(S11)
• If the actuator of the stapler safety sensor (S11) does not move
smoothly, remove its clip from the side and then reattach it.
