perno su due riscontri uguoli Ruotondo il perno e muovendo in sensa
orizzontale lo strumento leggere il volore della distorsrone, lrmite dr servizio: 0. 30 mm .
Overhauling the swinging arm pivot pin.
Using a comparator, check the swinging arm pivot pin for distortion
Position the pin on two identical contacts. R o tating the pin and moving it horizontally
and toke the distortion reading wi th the instrument; distortion limit
0 012
in.

Placer le pivot sur deux supports identrques. Faire tourn er le pivot et deplacer

Die Verformung des Schwingenbolzens mit Hille einer M essuhr uberprufen. Den Zapien
auf zwer iden!ischen Aufnahmen posilionieren. Beim Drehen und harrzontalen Verstellen
des Bolzens wird auf der Messuhr die Verlormung angezeigt; zukissiger Grenzwert
0,30
mm.
Revision perno horquillo.
Verilicar Ia entidad de distorsi6n del perno horquillo mediante un comparadar.
Situar el perno sabre los dos olo jamientos iguoles. G rrondo el perno y moviendo Ia
pieza en sentid o ho ri zontal, leer el valor de Ia distorsi6n; limite de servicio:
0.30
mm.
