Il movimento del bilanciere è
realizzato mediante astucci a rullini (9)
che lavorano su un distanziale interno
(13); alle estremità sono posizionati
due anelli di tenuta (10) che
provvedono a mantenere la
lubrificazione all'interno degli astucci
a rullini.
Dopo aver sfilato il distanziale interno
(13) rimuovere gli anelli di tenuta e gli
astucci a rullini utilizzando un
tampone di diametro esterno
Ø21,6 mm.

l'estrazione, a non rovinare la sede del

bilanciere. Gli anelli di tenuta (10) e gli
astucci a rullini (9) rimossi non vanno
più rimontati.
Ricomposizione bilanciere

Introdurre un astuccio a rullini (9)
nuovo sul tampone cod. 88713.1071
e lubrificare con grasso prescritto la
sede sul bilanciere.
Supportare adeguatamente il
bilanciere e spingere l'astuccio fino a
battuta dell'attrezzo sul bilanciere.

eventualmente utilizzare una pressa.
Inserire sul tampone un anello di
tenuta (10) nuovo con il lato metallico
rivolto verso l'esterno. Portarlo in
88713.1071
battuta sull'astuccio (9)
precedentemente montato.
Ripetere le stesse operazioni per
l'altro astuccio (9) e l'altro anello di
tenuta (10).
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto
astucci e anelli di tenuta ed inserire il
distanziale interno (13).

suspension rocker arm
Rocker motion is ensured through
roller bearings (9) working onto an
inner spacer (13). Two seal rings (10)
fitted at outer ends keep the
lubrication oil into the cages.
Remove the inner spacer (13) first
and then remove the seal rings and
the roller bearings with a suitable
puller of outer diameter 21.6 mm.
Caution
Do not damage rocker seat
while pulling out the above parts.
Never fit seal rings (10) and roller
bearings (9) once removed.
Reassembling the rear
suspension rocker arm
Fit two new roller bearings (9) onto
the drift no. 88713.1071 and lubricate
with recommended grease.
Support the rocker properly and then
push the bearings until the tool is fully
home onto the rocker.
Caution
Insert the housing squarely into
the hole and avoid jamming. Use a
press if needed.
Fit new seal ring (10) onto the drift -
with metal side outward- and push it
fully home onto the previously fitted
bearing.
Repeat the above procedure for the
other bearings (9) and the seal ring
(10).
Lubricate the bearings and the seal
rings with the recommended grease
and then fit the inner spacer (13).
