Montore di preferenzo il colore di biello corrispondente olio punzonoturo (vedi
tabella) . E' ommesso il montoggio di quelle di colore contiguo.
NOTE:
Preferably assemble the connecting rod colour corresponding to the punching
(see table). It is also possible the assembly of the ones with similar colour.
· REMARQUE:
Monter de preference lo couleur de bielle correspondonte au poinc;:connoge
(voir tableau). On peut manter celles de couleur contigue.

Die Forbe des Pleuels sollte der Einprogung entsprechen (siehe
Tobelle). Es ist jedoch erloubt, ouch die ongrenzenden Forben zu benutzen.
NOTA:
Montor prelerentemente el color de

bielo correspondiente o Ia groboci6n
(ver tabla). Se odmite el montoje de los del color conliguo.
Accoppiamenti semicuscineHi-perno di biella.
Montore i semicuscineHi nella testa di biello e serrore le viti di un ione olio coppio
prescritto . Eseguire Ia misuro zionedel diometrodello testa d i biello e del pernodi biello;
il gioco di occoppiomento, ottenuto con olbero e biello della stesso selezione, deve
essere 0.024+0,056 mm.
Half bearings-<onnecting rod journal couplings.
Assemble the half bearings in the connecting rod head and lock the union screws with ,
the required torque. M easure the connecting rod head diameter ond the connecting rod ·
journal diameter; the coupling clearance. obtained with shaft and connecting rod
belonging to the some type, must be
of
0 .0009+0.0022 in.
Accouplements demicoussinets-pivot de bielle.
Monter les demi·coussinets dons Ia tete de bielle et serrer les vis de connexion au couple
prevu . Mesurer le diometre de Ia tete de bielle et du pivot de Ia bielle; le jeu
d'occouplement. obtenu avec orbre et bielle de Ia meme selection, doit etre
0 .024+0,056 mm.
Passung Halblager-Kurbelzapfen.
Die Holbloger im Pleuelful) monlieren und die Schrouben on dos vorgeschriebene
Drehmoment onziehen. Den Durchmesser des Pleuelful)es und kurbelzoplens messen;
bei W elle und Pleuel derselben Ausfurung mul) dos Spiel von 0 ,024 bis 0,056 mm
sein .
Acoplamientos semicojinetes-<uello de biela.
Montor los semicojinetes en Ia cobezo de Ia bielo y opretor los tornillos de union ol
por prescrito. Medir el di6metro de Ia cobezo y del cuello de Ia bielo; el juego de
ocoplomiento, obtenido con ejey bielo de Ia mismo selecci6n debe ser 0,024+0,056
mm .
