compono fri zione oll 'ingronoggio bloccondo le otto viti di fi ssoggio.
Pcisizionore il mozzo porostroppi e inserirvi i gommini.
lnserire il tomburo frizione fino a bottuto nel porostroppi.
lnserire Ia rondello d i bottuto. Ia bussolo con OR di tenuto. Ia rondello di sicurezzo e
il dodo
BloccofC il tomburo lnzione uhlizzondo l'ottrezzo

e serrore il dodo d:
lissoggto olio coppio prescntto .
Clutch reassembly (900 S.S.).
Assemble the clutch housing to the gear by tightening the eight screw s.
Place the flexible coupling hub and insert the rubber pods.
lnsP.rl the clutch drum till the ledge. in the flexible coupling, is reached .
Insert rh e ledge washer. the bushing wi th the sealing OR ring. the safety washer and
the nut
Lock

he clutch drum through the
tool 88713 .0146
and tighten the nut to the required
torque
Remontage embrayage (900 S.S.).
M onter Ia cage embroyoge
a
l'engrenoge en serront les huits vis de fixation.
Placer le moyeu et y introduire les pieces caoutchouc.
lntroduire le ta mbour embroyoge jusqu'on obtient le bottement dons les pieces
caoutchouc.
lntrodLnre Ia rondelle de bottement. Ia douille avec OR d'etoncheite. Ia rondelle de
surele

Bloquer le tambour embroyoge
en
utilisont l'outil
88713.0146
et serrer l'ecrou de
fixoge
a
Ia couple requise.
Zusammenbou der Kupplung (900 S.S.).
Dem Zohnrod den Kupplungskorb durch Anziehen der ocht Befestigungschrouben
zusornmenbouen.
Dre Gummidompferno be positionieren und die G ummistucke einsetzen .
Die Kupplungstromrnel bis zurn Anschlog in den Gummidomp fer einsetzen .
Die Anschlogscheibe. die Buchse mit OR Dichtungsrin g. die Sicherheitsscheibe und die
Mutter einsetzen.
Mit dem
Gerot 88713 .0146,
den Kupplungstrommel festsponnen und die Klemmutter
on dos vorgeschriebene Drehmoment onziehen.
Remontaje del embrague (900 S.S.).
Unir lo compono del embrogue
en
el engrono je opretondo los ochos tornillos de
surec•6n.
Colocor el cuba onte-golpes
y
introducir los juntos de gomo .
Colocor el tornbor del ernbrogue en Ia proteci6n onte·golpes hosto el tope.
lntroduc ir Ia orondelo de re tenci6n, el cosquillo con OR de retenci6n. Ia orondelo de
segur•dod y
Ia
tuerco
Bloqueor el tornbor del em brogue utilizondo lo herromiento

y opretor Ia
tuerco de su1ecr6n en el par de torsion prescrito.
