Ricomposizione frizione (750 S.S.) .
Assemblore
Ia
compono frizione oll'ingronoggio bloccondo le olio viti di lissoggio.
Posizionore il tomburo lrizione completo d i piorto spingidisco.
Posizionore Ia rondello di sicurezzo. bloccore il tomburo lrizione utilizzondo l'ottrezzo

e bloccore il dodo di lissoggio olio coppio prescritto. Ripiegore Ia
rondello .
lnscwe un cocciovite in uno feritoio dello compono lnzione olio scopo d i lore oderire
il piotro sping idisco ol tomburo lrizione.
Clutch reassembly (750 S.S.).
Assemble the clutch bell to the gear, locking the eight fasten ing screw s. Position the
clutch drum complete of disc push ing plate.
Position the look washer, block the clutch drum using tool

and tighten
the fastenmg nul with the required torque Bend the washer.
Insert a screwdriver into a slit in the clutch bell . to press the d isc pushing plate against
theclurch drum.
Recomposition embrayage (750 S.S.).
Assembler Ia cloche embroyoge a l'engrenoge, en bloquont les huilr vis de fixoge
M ettre en place le tambour d'embrayage complet de pla teau pousse-disque.
M ellre en place le tambour d'embrayoge campier de plateau pausse-disque .
Mellre en place Ia rondelle de securite. bloquer le tambour d'embroyoge par l'oulil

et serrer l'ecrou de fixoge au couple etobli. Remplier Ia rondelle.
lntroduire un rournevis dons une fenle de Ia cloche d'embroyoge pour loire odherer le
pla teau poussc-disque au tambour d'embroyoge.
Wiederzusammenbau der Kupplung (750 S.S.).
Die Kupplu ngsg locke on dos Zoh nro d zusa mmennbouen un d die ocht
Befesrigungsschrouben fest onziehen. Die Kupolungsrrommel samt der Druckplotte
positionieren.
Die Sicherungsscheibe onbringen, die Kupplungstrommel mil dem Werkzeug Nr

festmochen und die Bofestigungsmutrer on dos vorgeschriebene
Drehmoment o nziehen. Die Scheibe w ieder umbiegen.
Einen Schro ubenzieher in einen Schlitz der Kupplungsglocke einfuhren, zwecks die
Druckplotte on die Kupplungstrommel Anhaften zu lassen.
Remontaje embrague (750 S.S.).
Montor Ia compono del embrague en el engronote opretondC? los ocho tornillos de
Fijoci6n. Colocor el tombor del embrogue junto con el ploto empu jodisco .
Colocor lo orondelo de segur idod y bloqueor el tombor del embrogue utili7ondo Ia
herro mienlo Nr

Doblor Ia orondelo.
