FAIL
The CLJ-LB test failed because it was not set up properly. The UDS1 interface
pack could not successfully put the CPE loopback jack into loop-back mode.
1. Rerun the test ds1-loop UUCSS cpe-loopback-jack-test-begin
2. If the test continues to fail, the problem could be with the UDS1-BD board,

FAIL
The CPE Loop-Back Jack test was not set up properly. The framed 3-in-24 test
pattern, generated by the UDS1 Interface circuit pack and looped back through
the CPE Loop-Back Jack, could not be detected properly by the UDS1 circuit
pack.
1. Retry the test ds1-loop UUCSS cpe-loopback-jack-test-begin
2. If the CPE Loop-Back Jack test continues to fail, the problem could be with
