condition caused by a high rate of commands being sent to a Packet Interface.
Continued operation with a full command queue would cause a system WARM
restart that may escalate to more severe restart levels.
1. Retry the command at 10-second intervals up to 5 times.

Internal IPSI error. The Packet Interface is on the standby IPSI, so this test is
not allowed to execute.
1. To run this test on the standby Packet Interface, enter set
