FAIL
The test failed. Either maintenance could not establish a loop-around link from
the IPSI's Packet Interface circuit back to itself or could not receive data that
was sent on one side of the loop-around link.
1. Issue the test packet-interface Uc command to retry the test.
2. Retry the command and if the test fails, replace the IPSI circuit pack.
3. If the test continues to fail after replacing the IPSI circuit pack, run the test
4. If the test continues to fail after the circuit pack is replaced and with no
PASS
This test passed. The IPSI circuit pack and its interface with the server are
functioning properly. If the system is unable to place calls on EPNs served by
this IPSI, then:
1. Check for packet-bus errors, and solve those errors first.
2. Check for errors in the EPN where calls cannot be completed, and solve
3. Check every other circuit pack connected to the packet bus in the same
4. Check the IPSI circuit pack's Packet Interface circuit that serves this EPN
