The specified policy must already exist.
Usage guidelines
IPv6 global PBR guides the forwarding of packets on all interfaces of the device.
You can specify only one policy for IPv6 global PBR on the device. Before you apply a new policy,
you must first remove the current policy.
IPv6 interface PBR takes precedence over IPv6 global PBR on an interface. When they are both
configured and packets fail to match the IPv6 interface PBR policy, IPv6 global PBR applies.
