Usage guidelines
Prefix Independent Convergence (PIC) enables the device to converge without the dependence on
the number of prefixes. The convergence time does not increase as the number of prefixes in the
routing table increases. OSPFv3 PIC applies only to inter-area routes and external routes.
When both OSPFv3 PIC and OSPFv3 FRR are configured, OSPFv3 FRR takes effect.
