Default
The OSPFv3 neighbor dead time is 40 seconds for P2P and broadcast interfaces, and is 120
seconds for P2MP and NBMA interfaces.

: Specifies the dead time in the range of 1 to 65535 seconds.

Usage guidelines
If an interface receives no hello packet from a neighbor within the dead time, the interface
determines that the neighbor is down.
The dead time must be a minimum of four times the hello time and must be identical on interfaces
attached to the same network segment.
