Usage guidelines
The default setting for EBGP route advertisement brings about a large number of BGP routes and is
not friendly to network maintenance. To resolve this issue, use this command. When the first AS
number of an EBGP route to be advertised is the same as that of an EBGP peer, BGP does not
advertise the route to that peer. This can reduce the number of routes received by EBGP peers.

# In BGP IPv4 unicast address family view, enable first-AS-number check for EBGP routes.

Usage guidelines
This command applies only to a peer group with no peers in it.
When you specify an AS number for a peer group and want to add peers to it, make sure the AS
number of the peers is the same as the peer group.
