Default
All queues on a WRR-enabled interface are in WRR group 1, and queues 0 through 7 have a weight
of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 13, and 15, respectively.

queuing parameters for a queue on an interface.
Examples
# Enable packet-count WRR queuing on Twenty-FiveGigE 1/0/1, assign queue 0 to WRR group 1,
and specify scheduling weight 10 for queue 0.
