Usage guidelines
This command enables OSPFv3 FRR to use BFD to detect primary link failures.
For an interface to run the BFD session in echo packet mode correctly, make sure the interface has
an IPv6 global unicast address. For more information about IPv6 global unicast addresses, see IPv6
basics configuration in Layer 3—IP Services Configuration Guide.
: Specifies an instance by its ID in the range of 0 to 255. The default is 0.
