8.7.13 IEC413 Option Interharmonics Commands

The following SCPI commands apply only to AFX models with the -413 Option installed. The
presence of this option can be checked using the *IDN? Query to check for the letter "C" in the AXF
Model number. Examples: 3150AFX-4AGC". See section 4.16 on page 48 for more details.
