This command returns the minimum permissible set value of the
initial PULSE phase angle for selected phase #

This command returns the maximum permissible set value of the
initial PULSE phase angle for selected phase #
<nr1>
PULS:PHAS1:MAX?

This command returns the default set value of the initial PULSE phase
angle for selected phase #
