AFX Series Power Source Operation Manual
[SOURce:]STEP:ALL?
This query command returns a comma-separated values string of the
entire step parameters, settings, and limits. Each set value is
preceded by a tag identifying the parameter. This same data
structure is used for front panel display and by the web server. The
advantage is that this commands returns all step related information
using just one query command.
