REMOTE SHARING
Remote sharing of the power source is provided using one of two protocols:
Samba: Samba is a free software re-implementation of the SMB networking protocol.
Server Message Block (SMB), also known as Common Internet File System (CIFS) operates as
an application-layer network protocol for providing shared access to resources
miscellaneous communications between nodes on a network.
FTP: File Transfer Protocol. FTP is built on a client-server model architecture using separate
control and data connections between the client and the server.
Note: Either one or both may be chosen. It is strongly recommended to set a custom
password to prevent unauthorized access to the power source.
